Hey! My name is Suzanna but most of my clients call me Anna. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist for the state of Florida, as well as a Qualified Supervisor. As your therapist, I will provide you with a realistic, modern-day, tailored approach to therapy that is just as unique as you are. This means that you get to drive this journey while I challenge and support you along the way. I promise to provide you with a safe space to explore, learn, grow and build a deeper understanding of life and the potential that is within each one of you. Your healing journey starts now, because simply "getting over it" doesn't work.
During our first session we will cover any questions you may have, explore expectations and start a plan to work towards your goals.
I feel that my strengths are similar to most therapist. I am empathetic, flexible, understanding, compassionate and one of the most nonjudgmental people one could ever meet. However, I also come from a unique background, which has provided me the opportunity to gain a lot of life experiences. I maintain a genuine focus on my clients' goals and have a knack for building rapport with individuals that I am blessed to work with. This creates not only an environment that enables my clients to truly be themselves, but it also allows them to openly share things when they chose to.
I am particularly focused on clients with depression, anxiety and/or have a history of trauma. I also focus on helping clients working through transitional times in life, be it work, school, loss or divorce etc.
I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach, that is made to fit the individual client's needs.
