As a dedicated psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, holistic mental health care rooted in empowerment, education, and deep respect for the whole person. I specialize in helping individuals who are ready to break free from the weight of stigma and step into a life of emotional clarity, balance, and purpose. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients from all walks of life—those battling anxiety, depression, trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. Together, we’ve built paths to healing, not just through treatment, but through understanding, hope, and connection. My care goes beyond symptoms; it's about helping each client feel seen, heard, and deeply valued. This is a safe space where your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health all matter. Here, you’re reminded that you are wonderfully made—and you don’t have to face this alone. My mission is to walk with you toward healing, restoration, and wholeness.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session with me is all about you—your story, your goals, and your comfort. I know opening up about your mental health can feel vulnerable, so my priority is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning. During our first appointment, we’ll take time to: Get to know each other — I’ll ask about your background, current concerns, and any emotional, physical, or spiritual challenges you’re facing. Understand your history — This includes mental health, medical, family, and social history, so we can see the full picture. Explore your goals — Whether it’s managing anxiety, healing from trauma, or finding more balance, we’ll talk about what you hope to get out of our work together. Start building your care plan — If appropriate, we may discuss options like therapy, lifestyle supports, labs, or medications, but always at a pace you’re comfortable with. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. This is a time for us to connect, ask questions, and begin building a path toward healing—together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a psychiatric nurse practitioner is the way I combine clinical expertise with compassionate, soul-centered care. I don’t just treat symptoms—I see the whole person. I listen beyond the surface, holding space for not only your mental and emotional health, but also your physical well-being, spiritual life, and personal story. What makes me unique is the depth of connection and trust I build with my clients. I honor your journey, your values, and your identity—creating a healing relationship rooted in empathy, education, and empowerment. You’ll never feel like “just another patient” here. My approach is warm, individualized, and deeply respectful of the courage it takes to seek help. In every session, my goal is not only to help you feel better—but to help you become whole. That means walking with you through the hard parts, celebrating your progress, and reminding you of your strength and worth every step of the way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You’ve always been strong for everyone else. You hold it all together on the outside, but inside, it feels like you’re barely hanging on. You’re exhausted—mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Maybe you’ve tried therapy before or even medications, but something still feels missing. You want more than just symptom relief—you want real healing. You value your faith or sense of purpose. You long for a space where your mental health is taken seriously without being separated from who you are at your core. You’re ready to face the root of what’s been holding you back—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, or emotional burnout. You don’t just want to function. You want to live fully. I am here for those who crave deeper healing—the dreamers, the nurturers, the sensitive souls, the high achievers, the caregivers, the ones who've always felt a little “too much” or “not enough.” What you all have in common is a deep desire to be whole—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. If this speaks to you, know that I see you. And I’m here to walk with you.
