Of Everyone you think depends on you, YOU are the one who needs yourself the most! -Brianna Moore, LPC Hi, I'm Brianna, a licensed professional counselor dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. With a deep commitment to mental wellness, I take a personalized approach that empowers clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, work-life balance, postpartum depression, and couples therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll take the time to get to know one another, discuss your current challenges, and collaboratively develop a customized plan tailored to your specific needs. Together, we will work toward creating a healthier, more fulfilling life for you, and I am here to support and guide you on your journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths is being a culturally competent therapist who prioritizes building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you will feel heard and understood, while also offering honest and thoughtful perspectives that foster accountability and meaningful growth.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am particularly passionate about women’s mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as relationship concerns, couples therapy, and family dynamics—critical areas that impact both the individual and their loved ones.
