Hi, I'm Brittany! I'm a therapist who believes that everyone deserves a space where they can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I work with individuals who may be used to putting others first, carrying the weight of the world, or feeling like they have to hold everything together, even when they're struggling internally. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I enjoy helping clients explore their stories, recognize patterns, work through past experiences, and reconnect with who they are and what they need. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and comfortable, with room for honest conversations, personal growth, and a little humor along the way.

I have a dedicated 24 years of social services experience, with 15 years of psychotherapy experience. I started my career as a mentor for youth, in local non-for-profit programs. I then advanced to other comprehensive roles, with interchangeable titles, that ultimately focused on youth development and mentorship. I received my BA in Psychology at Purdue University & MA at the University of Chicago, School of Social Administration. Immediately, upon the end of graduate school, I began my experience with outpatient mental health therapy. Since, I have fulfilled a spectrum of diversified clinical roles, that include home-based, outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth therapy for vast developmental range- from early childhood to late adulthood. This includes specialty treatment with various therapy modalities, such as CBT, ACT, DBT, PST.

Congratulations on seeking therapy! Most people who seek therapy or counseling report that they experience an improvement in mood and anxiety. Unfortunately, many folks have to wait weeks to see a therapist. Timing is everything and I can generally see you within 48 hours. I believe I am easy to talk to and approachable. Therapists are excellent listeners and I will be honest with you, rather than just agreeing or dismissing your opinions. If you see me and we establish a plan, you will be able to determine how much you need and for how long. Since what we will be doing involves Telehealth, I ask that you cancel ahead of time if you cannot meet per schedule. I will do my best to accomodate your schedule. As your therapist, I will: Respect your privacy Respect your schedule Respect your opinions and values Respect the severity and urgency of your difficulties Make myself available when you need assistance Help you find answers and solutions rather than feeling “stuck"

Do you ever feel stuck, alone, or disconnected from the world around you? If so, you are not alone, and I would be honored to be someone with whom you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My name is Jess, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 17 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults. In addition to seeing clients on Grow, I work full-time as a licensed school social worker serving students in kindergarten through 5th grade. My background also includes private practice work with children, adolescents and adults, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the unique challenges people face at different stages of life. I strive to create a space that feels warm, compassionate, and welcoming. If you are looking for someone who is friendly, supportive, and deeply committed to helping you navigate life’s ups and downs, you have found the right person. I believe in empowering my clients, highlighting their strengths, and walking alongside them as they work toward growth and healing. My goal is to help you feel understood, capable, and confident as you move forward. Together, we will work toward helping you move through obstacles, build on your strengths, and reach your full potential. I also want to share that I am a mom and understand firsthand that parenting brings its own unique challenges. Navigating your own worries, responsibilities, and emotions while also caring for and guiding little humans is no small task. As a mom, I truly understand the balancing act, the stress, the pressure, and the deep love that comes with it. In my free time I love to garden, hang with my family and kiddos, macrame, paint, create, meditate, practice sound healing, hike, camp, and listen to music.

You can call me Dan. From a young age I was interested in a career that focused on helping people. I smile when I think about it, but there was a time I thought a career in medicine was what I wanted but I am so bad at math that didn't work out very well. There was a time I thought I was being called into ministry as a pastor, and I wanted to be a pastor that could counsel, but circumstances didn't allow that to happen either. Maybe it's ironic and maybe it's not but I'm not really that much of a talker so I never dreamed that becoming a therapist would be my thing. But then again, therapy is a lot about listening and I do that really well. I enjoy helping others move from places of frustration, and sometimes despair to places of hope and healing. I have always been taught that people deserve respect and to be treated with dignity regardless of what their issue is or where they come from and that is a value I continue to hold. I also find it interesting that the three careers I pursued had their focus in the three things I still believe are important for a life of fulfillment, purpose, and contentment and those are physical health, spiritual health and mental health. I received a Masters of Divinity degree in 1991, a Masters in Social Work degree in 1996 and my License as a Clinical Social Worker in 1997. I went back to school in 2016 and obtained a MBA in Healthcare Management in 2017. My 30 year career in mental health has been split between providing clinical services, supervising others in their provision of clinical services and administration in the area of Healthcare Quality and Compliance.

I bring extensive experience from various settings, including treatment centers, community programs, group therapy, and correctional facilities, where I've had the privilege of working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies, tailored to support meaningful behavioral changes. I deeply understand the mental health challenges that can emerge from incarceration and the unique stressors that accompany the journey of rebuilding life afterward. I’m also dedicated to supporting the family members and loved ones of those struggling with addiction or incarceration, helping them navigate their own emotional journeys with compassion and care. Additionally, I work closely with parents and families of children with complex behavioral issues, providing guidance and support to help them create a nurturing environment for their child’s growth and well-being. In addition to this, I have experience helping clients through significant life transitions, such as starting a family, navigating college, or going through a divorce. I understand how overwhelming these changes can be and am here to provide empathetic support and practical tools to help my clients find stability and confidence during these times. I’m committed to walking alongside my clients and their families as they navigate these difficult transitions, offering understanding and support every step of the way.

Are you a Christian struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or a challenging season of life? Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or uncertain about what comes next. You want more than a counselor who simply identifies as Christian—you want someone who shares your commitment to biblical truth and the authority of Scripture. Together, we can navigate life's challenges through a distinctly biblical worldview while working toward healing, renewed hope, and spiritual growth. As a Christian counselor and LCSW, my approach is rooted in Scripture and a traditional biblical worldview. I integrate evidence-based therapy with biblical truth to foster healing, resilience, and growth in Christ. I offer online counseling in 18 states: TX, CA, MA, CO, CT, VA, FL, RI, MI, TN, ID, AL, AR, MO, IN, KY, WY, and SC. You shouldn't have to compromise your biblical convictions to receive quality mental health care. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your faith is understood, respected, and meaningfully integrated into counseling. It would be my privilege to walk alongside you. I offer a free 15–20 minute phone consultation to see if we're a good fit.
