Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills in managing intense emotions and improving relationships. Together, we focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and effective communication, creating a supportive space where you can learn to balance acceptance with change.

Couples Counseling

In couples counseling, I work with both partners to foster open communication, deepen understanding, and strengthen connection. We explore patterns that may be causing conflict and learn healthy ways to resolve differences together. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where both of you feel heard and empowered to build a stronger relationship.
