“Life is what happens after we make plans”. I believe life has a way of bringing us to feelings of
loneliness, hopelessness, or can become overwhelming causing change at a rapid rate. When
these difficulties occur they can lead to depression, anxiety or feeling as though you can not
move forward. At times like these it can be helpful to address theses with someone who will
help you to begin to move forward again. Therapy is a solution to life’s plans that were not a part
of the ones you laid out for yourself. Therapy can get you back moving forward.
I am here to get you on that track. I have been in the field of mental health for over seven years.
I obtained my Masters in Clinical Social work from Loyola University in 2013. I am a Licensed
Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois specializing in treating those struggling with
depression, anxiety, trauma related issues, behavioral issues, and couples counseling. I come
from a strengths based perspective. I am driven by the call placed on my life by God for this
work. As a faith based counselor I work with my clients to gain the strength within them to move
forward. I believe that everyone has an innate ability to move past life’s issues. Together we will
work on strategies that will allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build
meaningful social connections.
Using an eclectic approach through psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, attachment,
mindfulness and other evidence-based approaches, we will develop more strength in you to get
back to a healthier mental focus. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
Would you like to learn how to surf through life's challenges rather than be pummeled by them? Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Missouri, with a second License in Illinois. I have helped people of all ages struggling with emotional regulation, problem solving, stress, life transitions, anger management, parenting, and burnout to become the best versions of themselves. Together, we would focus on what is helpful and let go of judging what is right or wrong.

I reside in Missouri and I am licensed in Missouri, Nevada, Illinois and Massachusetts. I have worked for clinics and have seen clients in-person, via telehealth, and in-home. I now have my own private practice and see client's via telehealth.
I am a wife and a mother to an amazing young daughter, who I love to spend my off time with. I am also an animal lover with three of my own; my 8yr old dog Phoenix, and my litter-mate 11yr old cats Radar and Ziva.
My self-care includes spending time out in nature with my family, including getting my hands dirty in my garden. I enjoy reading and spending quality time with my young child. Over the winter months, I also enjoy crocheting and learning new skills.
In today's world, mental health support is needed more than ever. Mental health IS health. It's time to end the stigma and realize it's okay to not be okay. Finding a therapist can be a daunting process but congratulations on taking the first step! As a therapist, I am to foster an environment that is warm, collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, I earned my Masters in Social Work from Boston College after receiving my Bachelors of Arts degree in history. In addition to Massachusetts, I am also licensed in the states of Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Illinois. Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege to work with a vast array of individuals from all walks of life including children and adolescents, adults, seniors, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a telehealth provider, I only treat adults over the age of 22.
As a Latina and Jewish therapist, I see the need for therapists who can identify with intersectional identities. I work with people who are dealing with issues around their race, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation and gender identity. I support our clients in processing how being you in our society affects how you feel about yourself and ultimately your mental health. I want our clients to learn to appreciate the unique gifts that they bring as they process past experiences.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois with 20 years of experience working with adults, teens, and children. I use a holistic, trauma-informed approach that sees emotional challenges as signals of unmet needs or unprocessed experiences—not personal flaws. I strive to create a warm, validating space where you can understand yourself more clearly and move toward the life you want.
I work with clients who are struggling with grief, anxiety, depression or trauma. I also work with clients who may need assistance in processing everyday life stressors and want a supportive therapist whom they can confide in who will also challenge them and assist with problem-solving.
I also work with those facing reproductive challenges. As a compassionate and empathetic therapist, I understand the complex emotional and psychological impact that infertility and miscarriage can have. I can:
• Support you in maintaining hope, peace and positivity while navigating uncertainty and help you build resiliency as you work through obstacles.
• Help you to recognize and access your deeper intuition, so you are better equipped to honor your body, spirit and mind with the highest intention throughout your journey.
• Work with you on increasing clarity and purpose around your fertility journey.
• Utilize a holistic approach to address integrative lifestyle strategies that may be beneficial to your fertility path.
• Assist you in addressing relationship difficulties that can arise out of the stress of fertility challenges, help you develop strategies to increase intimacy with your partner and foster healthy communication.
For women and men who have experienced reproductive loss:
• The devastating and seemingly invisible pain of losing a pregnancy is unique in that it involves not only the loss of your baby, but also involves the loss of the future - and there is no accepted way to mark that loss. Sometimes it seems that friends and family members expect the person to move on quickly. Partners often grieve differently - and for men, the trauma of miscarriage is often overlooked. Also, some women may suffer guilt or shame associated with the loss that doesn't tend to occur with other types of grieving.
• There is no universal template for grief. Together, we will address your unique needs as you work through your grieving process.

Do you struggle with people-pleasing, low self-worth, or painful relationships that leave you feeling like you’ve lost yourself? Maybe you grew up in a family that looked “fine” on the outside but left you with invisible scars of trauma. You might find yourself replaying old patterns—turning to food, restriction, or overexercise to cope, feeling guilty when you try to set boundaries, or wondering why you keep choosing partners who don’t treat you well. If you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together while doubting yourself inside, therapy can help you finally break free.
