My goal as a therapist is to help you help yourself. As a Reality therapist, I focus on your current relationships and conflicts. This type of therapy doesn't really focus on the past unless it is trying to connect some sort of pattern of behavior. As a reality therapist, I see behaviors as choices and learning how to change those behaviors to have a better outcome so that one can FEEL real love for themselves and others! All the reality therapist I know are very honest, direct, and focus on you taking accountability for your actions. I pray for all of my clients for their love, joy, peace, be restored during this process of healing themselves. I am a faith-based therapist who believes GOD and therapy is important and using verses and stories from the Bible provide symbolism and revelation in the areas of anger, anxiety, depression, and more.
