She completed her undergraduate studies at Florida State University, a Master's Degree in General Psychology from the University of West Florida, and a Master's Degree from Nova Southeastern University in Clinical Psychology. She then obtained a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her internship at Gerena and Associates and her post-doctoral fellowship at Larned State Hospital. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Tarrant serves as a Civilian Air Force Psychologist who provides therapy and psychological testing to Active Duty members, their dependents, and veterans. She has developed a passion for working with adults; particularly those experiencing depression, anxiety, substance misuse, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and eating disorders. During my time working for that victim services department, I also did outreach with the youth in my area. My career next directed to the Forensic population. Mentally ill client's that had felony charges. The next step in my career was working with parents battling addition and had a open case with DCF. I provided in home substance abuse and mental health counseling. I enjoy working with the substance abuse community. I work with client from the age of 13 to 101.
