What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions. We will then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This is a collaborative approach which will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. I will ask you about your goals for treatment and prioritize these goals in our future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I place an emphasis on building rapport with my patients. I believe in a nonjudgmental approach that emphasizes listening and building adaptive coping skills.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is effective in examining how unhelpful thoughts and behaviors can negatively impact how you feel and function. CBT helps to improve mood and functioning.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT teaches you to tolerate distress, regulate emotions, to become effective in your relationships, and become present.
