I am a licensed clinical social worker with my masters from Columbia university and Masters in Divinity from Biblical Theological Seminary. I have 12+ experience in providing therapy for clients in all stages of life from childhood to older adults. I believing in a holistic approach and often collaborate with medical professionals and incorporate people’s spirituality. The past few years I have been providing services for patients from women’s health clinic and older adult clinic with wider range of mental health issues.

I offer telehealth counseling, consulting, and occupational health services for high-responsibility professionals needing specialized expertise. This includes measured diagnostic evaluations, fitness for duty determinations, meeting prescriptive treatment requirements, and completion of narrative reports.

I am an LCSW with a private practice in NY and CT. I have earned a BA in Psychology and an MSW in Clinical Social Work, both from New York University. I have over 20 years of experience working with children and adults of all ages with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, strength based and mindfulness approaches.
