Hi there! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I received my Masters from Widener University and have been practicing for 14 years. I help adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, reproductive, fertility and postpartum issues and depression. I am passionate about empowering clients to develop coping skills, build resilience, and live more fulfilling lives. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and personal growth. In our first session, we will discuss what brought you to start your therapeutic journey and develop an individualized treatment plan to achieve your goals.
Each therapy session is individualized and client-centered, tailored to what you will benefit from most in that moment. Allowing you to have this moment, I provide a safe space for you to feel heard and comfortable discussing all topics.
Adults who experience a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, mood disorders and ADHD that can be exacerbated during life transitions. I also love working with women who are experiencing fertility and reproductive challenges as well as women in their post partum era and women in their health and weight loss journey. Young adults area true passion of mine, and working with them during life transitions such as college, full time employment and navigating relationships is something I love doing.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients build resilience and develop practical strategies for managing life’s complexities. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can help you learn to identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors, and replace them with more positive ones.
I work with clients by utilizing Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help reduce stress and anxiety, improve emotion regulation, enhance self-awareness, better focus and concentration, improve sleep quality, increase resilience to difficult emotions, better pain management, and a greater sense of overall well-being,
Strength Based therapy can help increase self-esteem, improve motivation, enhance resilience, better coping mechanisms, a greater sense of empowerment, and a focus on personal growth by identifying and utilizing an individual's inherent strengths rather than solely addressing weaknesses
