Clients say this provider is
To me healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted. My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and creating a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I meet each client where they are, honoring their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll explore life’s challenges at your pace, helping you gain insight, build resilience, and move toward greater peace, balance, and well-being.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a relaxed, supportive environment. I’ll spend time learning about your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll explore whether we’re a good fit for a therapeutic relationship, because feeling comfortable and connected is an important part of meaningful progress. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach, while I gather information to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the path ahead.
What sets me apart is my ability to create a calm, grounding presence where clients feel safe enough to be fully themselves. With years of clinical experience, I’ve learned that meaningful healing begins by slowing down, listening deeply, and meeting each person with genuine curiosity and compassion. I value the art of holding space—offering a nonjudgmental environment where you can process your thoughts and emotions without feeling rushed or pressured. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered as we work together toward lasting growth and a greater sense of peace.
I work best with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change, even if they’re not sure where to begin. I enjoy supporting clients who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or struggles with self-esteem. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply seeking greater balance, I provide a safe, compassionate space where we can explore your experiences together. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, strengthen your relationships with yourself and others, and move toward a more peaceful, fulfilling life.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) allows me to support my clients in exploring the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing healthy coping strategies for managing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and personal challenges. Through a collaborative and strengths-based approach, I empower my clients to build self-awareness, increase resilience, and make meaningful changes that promote healing, growth, and overall well-being.
As a clinician, I incorporate DBT-informed techniques to help my clients build greater emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. With a compassionate approach, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions by helping them cultivate resilience, self-acceptance, and meaningful change.
