I am fluent in English, French and Haitian Creole. Typically, a thorough initial evaluation of your physical, mental, and medical status is performed at the first encounter, while considering your emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental values. Then we establish goals for treatment. In addition, there will be agreed upon ongoing visits and frequency, where we will discuss your medications, side effects, and efficacy. Progress will periodically be assessed to determine if changes are necessary to your original plan.
