New to Grow
I work with people who are tired of feeling like something is fundamentally wrong with them. My style is warm, laid-back, and real — because healing doesn't happen in a stiff, clinical environment. It happens when you finally feel safe enough to say the hard thing out loud. I specialize in trauma, mood disorders, and the patterns that keep you stuck, and I'm here to help you understand yourself in a way that actually changes things.
Our first session isn't about filling out a mental checklist — it's about you feeling heard, maybe for the first time in a long time. We'll talk about what brought you here, what your life looks like right now, and what you're hoping things could look like instead. I'll ask questions, but I won't rush you. By the time we're done, my goal is for you to leave thinking "she gets it" — and feeling genuinely hopeful about what comes next. When you're ready to take that first step, I'm here. Book your first session and let's start figuring this out together.
I have a gift for helping people connect the dots. You might come in feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you keep repeating the same patterns no matter how hard you try to change. What I do is help you understand why — not to dwell in the past, but to finally make sense of it. You won't leave our sessions feeling labeled or like something is broken in you. You'll leave with real insight, practical tools, and the kind of clarity that actually changes things. Clients often tell me they feel seen in a way they haven't experienced before. That's what I'm here for.
I work best with individuals who are tired of surviving and are ready to feel more regulated, grounded, and aligned in their lives. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, emotional highs and lows, or feeling stuck despite knowing they want more for themselves. They are often insightful and self-aware but have difficulty translating that awareness into consistent change. They may find themselves repeating patterns in relationships, struggling with motivation or direction, or feeling disconnected from who they truly are. My ideal clients are open to going beyond surface-level coping and are ready to understand how their mind, body, and past experiences are working together. They are seeking not just relief, but transformation...wanting to build confidence, emotional stability, and a life that feels aligned with their values and identity.

I identify as
Integrative
In my practice, I use an integrative therapy approach, which means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. I draw from multiple evidence-based approaches to support you as a whole person...mind, body, and nervous system. I combine techniques from cognitive therapy, somatic work, and mindfulness, to help you not only understand your thoughts, but also shift patterns your body has learned to hold based on past experiences. A big part of our work is helping you move out of survival mode, where you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, shut down, or reactive, and into a more regulated state where you feel grounded, clear, and in control of your responses. We work through multiple layers..your behaviors, beliefs, emotional responses, values, and identity...so the changes you make aren’t just temporary, they’re aligned and sustainable. My goal is to meet you where you are and tailor the process to what you need, rather than forcing you into a single therapeutic model. This allows us to work on multiple levels..your behaviors, your patterns, your beliefs, your emotional responses, and your identity..so change isn’t just temporary, it’s sustainable. My goal is to meet you where you are and tailor the work to what you need, rather than forcing you to fit into a specific therapeutic model.
