Hi there, I'm Linsey Do you know something is going on with your teen, but you're not sure what it is? Are they more irritable or angry than normal? I help teens learn how to cope with Anxiety, Depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD,) situational stress, and self-esteem issues. Are you struggling with any of these issues or don't know what to do with your teen in certain situations? I also love working with adults and giving them tools to deal with stress, parenting, and Anxiety. Last, but not least, do you have a loved one who is struggling with substance abuse and you need to talk about what is going on or learn how to handle situations? I can help you navigate appropriate boundary setting in particular situations that come up.
