NP Chrystel Hart is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner as well as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her focus is to create individualized treatment plans for each patient to achieve overall wellness and well-being for optimal physical and mental health. She specializes in ages 5 and up. Chrystel Hart has 20+ years in the nursing field and ten years of practicing as a Nurse Practitioner prescribing and managing medications, treating acute and chronic illnesses, and symptom management in various settings for individuals with medical and mental health needs. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master’s of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. She continued her education earning a Post Master’s degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the life span. She helps clients with various disorders including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, autism, ADHD, schizophrenia, mood disorders, eating disorders. Chrystel is passionate about helping all populations and providing comprehensive individualized care. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, outdoor activities, and biking. She is a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and American Nurses Credentialing Center.

After a thorough history education, therapy, labs, and medication will be prescribed if deemed necessary.
My biggest strengths are my nursing expertise in many different settings over 20 plus years that has given me the ability to diagnosis, treat, and educate in various settings and age groups.
