New to Grow
Welcome, I'm glad you're here. If you've found yourself wondering why you feel the way you do, reacting in ways that don't fully make sense, or searching for answers but still feeling unsure, you're not alone. If you find yourself overthinking or stuck in patterns, let's look into these together and find ways to break these cycles. I offer a range of services depending on what you are looking for and your specific goals.
Within our first session together we will review what is bringing you to therapy. We will complete an intake assessment and collaborate on which areas you would like to prioritize together. Lastly, we will talk about how treatment will look and potential timelines together. I am able to adapt to your needs, if you are someone who prefers full structure or someone who likes to take things one day at a time, we will be able to find the right path together.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of in the mental health field. I work with adults and couples to help pinpoint what's happening and understand the "why" behind it. From there, we create a clear, practical plan to help you move forward in a way that feels more grounded and manageable at a pace you are comfortable with.
I enjoy working with adults and elder clients struggling with entering or exiting the many stages of life. I enjoy working alongside those who identify as intellectualizers. Those who may understand logically what is occuring, but may need guidance on how to incorporate the emotional aspects of incidents and coping. I also enjoy working with those in the beginning, or later stages of dementia to assist in education, processing, and providing support to the individual and their loved ones.
