I've worked with hundreds of clients over the past 28 years on a similar journey. My years of experience have helped me refine my approach to guiding clients through the blocks and unhealthy patterns that can keep them feeling stuck. It's my goal to help you get to the heart of what keeps you from healing, growing, and/or feeling more fulfilled.
I intend for you to leave our sessions with more self-awareness so you can make more conscious choices in your day-to-day life. In other words, "Why do I do what I do? What do I want? What are the best choices I can make towards achieving my goals?
My primary approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training.
I find that clients willing to take personal responsibility for their growth and/or healing respond best to my approach. Aside from that, I've helped clients from a broad range of backgrounds dealing with a broad range of mental health issues.
