Are you a woman struggling with rejection sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, and feel as though you are failing at being an adult? Are you a college student feeling overwhelmed and hopeless by the increased demands placed on you? Maybe, you are a first responder or nursing professional feeling burnt out, anxious, and unable to find happiness. Do others look at you and think you have it all together while you secretly struggle with getting out of bed, feeling paralyzed with worry, racing thoughts, and no longer feel adequate? I can help. I believe in looking beyond the surface of symptoms to understand the whole person. My treatment plans incorporate evidence-based medication management alongside lifestyle modifications, education, and supportive therapy techniques. Longer and more frequent appointments allow me to provide personalized, in-depth care that goes beyond a quick prescription. This extended time gives us space to explore your unique experiences, identify root causes of challenges, and develop a plan that truly works for you. Whether you’re a student balancing academic pressures, a young professional managing career demands, or simply seeking guidance on your mental health journey, I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll work towards lasting growth and healing—because you deserve a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with who you are.
When you meet with me, you will be greeted with warmth and acceptance. I really want to get to know you and assist you in being the best version of yourself. You will be encouraged to actively participate in developing your treatment plan and accomplishing your goals!
I have designed my practice to allow the time for a thorough evaluation, deep conversations, education, and developing an alliance with the clients I serve. I actively listen to those I work with. I am cautious in diagnosing and prescribing. I do not rush to medicate every issue. As a provider, I find it is just as important to know when not to medicate.
I have a particular interest in working with young adults, especially women, who are living with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD. I never rely on another provider's diagnosis and take the time to get to know and understand you. Just like our bodies are all different, so are our brains. Each individual's lived experience is unique to them. Therefore, the treatment plan should be unique to the individual.
Medication management is my primary specialty. I do provide supportive therapy into most medication management appointments by incorporating a variety of therapeutic interventions.
