New to Grow
My focus is to listen and collaborate with clients to achieve their goals. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions, creating a space where you feel heard and supported. The core of being a social worker is helping individuals, and that is exactly what I try to do as a therapist. I want to empower you and encourage you to put in the work to achieve the goals you want in life.
The first session is to get to know each other and learn what brings you to therapy. We'll explore your concerns, discuss your goals, and begin building a foundation for our work together.
You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where your concerns are normalized and your strengths are recognized.
I am an affirming LGBTQIA+ therapist specializing in adults, with consideration for adolescents, teens, and couples. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, stress, coping skills, and health challenges, including HIV/AIDS and end-of-life care. With an appreciation for diversity and different life experiences, I empathize with clients and help them navigate challenging times. I collaborate with you to achieve the goals you set. Together, we'll identify what matters most and create a path forward that honors your values and strengths.
Eclectic
As an LCSW I used an eclectic approach pulling from different modalities that best suit the client.
