About me

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps my clients improve their wellbeing by utilizing coping skills and personal supports to feel more confident and competent in their lives. I am trained in multiple individual and systemic modalities, as well as Christian counseling and LGBTQ affirming therapies if desired, to better customize the therapy experience to my clients needs.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a mix of introductions. I will explain and address any questions, make sure consent forms and all the appropriate HIPAA compliance is understood and agreed to, and address your expectations of me. You will help me understand what you want to work on and introduce me to your worldview by answering some questions I will have from a psychological, social, biological, and spiritual perspective.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Through listening and conversation, I can often identify patterns of behaviors and help clients see the impact those behaviors have on their worldview.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Many of my clients have difficulty moving past their hurts, habits, and hang-ups to embrace their true selves. Some have been wounded by family, peers, or their community of faith. Some have fears of failure or even success. I help them to identify and move towards the version of themselves that they want to be.
