Are you feeling stressed or anxious? Is your mind frequently racing and your body on alert? Do everyday situations sometimes feel overwhelming? Maybe, you find yourself anticipating the worst, avoiding things you used to enjoy, or struggling with panic that seems to come out of nowhere. Perhaps, past experiences continue to affect how safe you feel, your relationship to others, or how you see yourself. You may look like you’re holding it all together on the outside while feeling exhausted, anxious, or unsettled on the inside. You don’t have to keep living in survival mode. It is okay to ask for help. I am a licensed psychologist who helps people reduce anxiety, panic, grief, and trauma related concerns. I help individuals better understand their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and build a greater sense of safety and confidence. Whether you’re caught in cycles of worry, frightened by intense physical sensations, or carrying the lingering effects of past painful experiences, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what has happened to you, and begin moving toward meaningful change.

First session
In our first session, we will explore your experiences, concerns and what you would like to change. We will discuss treatment options and my recommendations. Your first appointment with me is always conducted via telehealth video. Follow-up sessions, may be available in-person, if desired. Please ask for details, if you are interested.
Strengths
My approach combines compassion and collaboration with evidence-based treatments, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). CBT can help you recognize and shift patterns of thinking and behavior that fuel anxiety and panic, while EMDR can help you process distressing experiences that continue to affect your present day experiences. We will explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and develop practical tools to help you respond to anxiety, navigate panic, or process the impact of trauma at a pace that feels manageable for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out for therapy. Together, we will develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Our work may include helping you feel more at ease in your body, less controlled by fear and worry, and better able to engage in the relationships, experiences, and activities that matter to you. You deserve more than just getting through the day. With the right support, it’s possible to feel safer, more grounded, and connected to a life you really want to live. I invite you to take the first step toward that change. Schedule with me today.
Ideal clients
I specialize in working with those who are experiencing stress, anxiety, panic, grief or trauma. I help people understand what’s happening beneath the surface and find a path toward lasting change. You may have spent a long time trying to manage your symptoms on your own, pushing through discomfort, or telling yourself you should be able to handle things differently. Therapy with me offers a space where you can share your story, explore what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical coping skills, and begin to experience life with greater ease and confidence.
