(she/her)
I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) licensed to serve in South Carolina and Tennessee. I earned my MSW from Barry University and I have been practicing for 25 years. I view my career choice as my vocation as well and I believe in a whole health approach, examining and improving on all areas of self. All areas of self are important and connected, and with my help, you can achieve a healthy balance within yourself.
Our first session would be about gathering information about your concerns, challenges and goals and how best I can serve you in the following sessions in developing a individualized plan in addressing your areas of concern, challenge and improvement.
My greatest strength is active listeing and being able to conceptualize a plan to help you on your journey of healing, growth and accomplishment.
I work well with persons who have medical challenges and may have some grief and loss issues with their limitations. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious. I also work well with persons who experience caregiver stress and establishing self-care and boundaries when caring for others.

Linda learned a bit about me and then we discussed my insomnia. She was empowering and helpful to find a solution that would work. She is down to earth and understanding. So easy to talk to! I enjoyed our conversation and the help she is providing.
