About me

I am a psychotherapist working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and dissatisfaction in relationships. I help my clients explore how past trauma and experiences are impacting their current functioning and relationships and how they can create new relational patterns with themselves and others. My aim is to empower my clients to cultivate a healthy self-perception, foster stronger relationships, and develop the internal strength to uphold personal accountability and integrity.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In therapy, we will work together to develop your self-understanding within a specific context while working towards your individualized therapeutic goals. Together, we will explore how past experiences, traumas, and relationships have shaped your worldview, relationships, and inner world.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I take a non-directive, human-centered approach to help clients work through the challenges they bring into the therapy space. By utilizing an eclectic therapeutic style, I can draw on relational, human-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches within your social and cultural context.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve individuals who are ready to do meaningful, reflective work. If you’re someone who tends to overthink, carry a lot of responsibility, or struggle with balancing your needs with everyone else’s, we’ll likely work well together. My clients often share a desire for deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and sustainable success without sacrificing their well-being.

My treatment methods

Interpersonal

I use an interpersonal lens to help clients understand how their relationships, communication patterns, and life transitions impact their emotional wellbeing. Together, we explore attachment dynamics, boundaries, and unresolved relational stressors to reduce symptoms and strengthen connection. This approach is especially helpful for clients navigating grief, conflict, or role changes.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

My foundation is person-centered, meaning I prioritize empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard in every session. I believe healing happens in a space where clients feel deeply seen and not judged. I use this approach to build a strong therapeutic alliance that allows for meaningful growth and self-trust.

Psychodynamic

I integrate psychodynamic principles to help clients uncover how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be influencing their present behaviors and relationships. By identifying recurring themes and defense mechanisms, we work toward deeper insight and lasting change. This approach supports clients who want to understand the “why” behind their emotional responses.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. Together, we develop practical strategies to shift thinking, regulate emotions, and build healthier behaviors. This structured, goal-oriented approach provides tools clients can use between sessions and long-term.
