Hi I'm Drea! I help single women in their 20s and early 30s, who have experienced, intense, complex, or sustained trauma. She has anxiety, depression, hypersensitivity, body image concerns, and issues with people pleasing. Often she has toxic and unfulfilling relationships. She has an anxious or avoidant attachment style. Constantly she is wondering if she is loved or if she is safe. She struggles with her emotions; either to feel them or balance them. She may be ungrounded and struggle with substance abuse; or just dissociate; anything so she doesn’t have to feel the pain. She feels confused and unloveable.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After working together my clients share they feel more self-love, more integrated, less anxious, and empowered. Clients know how to make boundaries to support their health and relationships. They feel more secure in relationships, and know how to communicate effectively. They have the resilience to feel their pain without needing to hide or run away. If any of this resonates with you, please call today for a complimentary consultation. I would love to work with you!

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Using Mindfulness-based techniques, and somatic interventions like EMDR, movement therapy, and Cranio-sacral therapy, I help my clients feel more integrated within themselves. My clients emerge from our process able to be with themselves and others in a more authentic, alive way. They are able to change habits that have felt out of alignment and create a new life for themselves. As we mindfully explore who we are, we give ourselves more freedom of choice about our habitual patterns and who we want to be. You will learn how to regulate your emotions better. Take a step back and witness before acting. Slow down your negative self talk and lean into self compassion.
