Hi, I'm Meghan. Do you feel overwhelmed with your career or personal life? Are you struggling to maintain your relationships, health, or obligations? Are you looking for a change in your life, but not sure where to begin? I empower clients to manage anxiety and work through career, relationship, and life transitions or concerns. Together, we work to identify what's holding you back and get you back to a better place. I use a client-centered and strengths-based talk therapy approach to target what feels most important to you and meet you where you're at each session. I seek to treat the whole person and use active listening, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and evidence-based techniques tailored to individual concerns. Whether you're dealing with stress, relationship/peer issues, or life and career concerns, I'm here to help. I strive to provide a safe space to process, heal, and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques on this path. Let's work together!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll go over logistics and I'll answer any questions you have. We'll discuss a range of topics to help me get to know you and your needs, and then we'll discuss specific challenges you're currently facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I specialize in working with clients dealing with life stressors such as career and life transitions, relationship concerns, and situational adjustment concerns. I believe my biggest strength is my ability to empathize with clients' situations and emotions, which allows me to create a non-judgemental and open talk therapy environment. It additionally motivates me to explore various solutions with you to help you overcome adversity and improve your quality of life.
