Hi! I’m Angela. I am a licensed clinical social worker in VA, MD, DC and FL with ten plus years of experience providing counseling services to a wide range of clients with various mental health concerns including sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma and chronic illness. I am from Virginia and received my undergraduate degree from Virginia State University and my master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. My therapy approach is open, compassionate and goal oriented. I meet you where you are and together we can develop attainable goals in a gradual process. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, psychodynamic therapy and employ various other effective strategies to help you become the very best version of yourself. I am passionate about helping others to reach their highest potential in all aspects of their lives.
