LCSW, 7 years of experience
I’m a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional well-being. I work with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered to grow. Through evidence-based approaches like CBT, I help clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
Our first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your concerns and give you space to share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what you’d like to work on, explore how I can support you, and begin to build a comfortable, collaborative relationship. It’s important to me that you feel safe, heard, and empowered from the very beginning.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen and heard. I bring warmth, empathy, and a nonjudgmental presence to each session, allowing clients to explore difficult emotions at their own pace. My approach is collaborative and practical—I integrate evidence-based methods like CBT to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and make lasting, meaningful changes. Clients often share that they feel more empowered, self-aware, and emotionally equipped after working together.
I’m best positioned to support individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—whether due to anxiety, depression, past trauma, or major life transitions. My ideal clients are those who are ready to explore their patterns, open to growth, and want to better understand themselves and their emotions. Whether you’re seeking relief from daily stress or working through deeper emotional wounds, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.
I use CBT as a core approach in my practice because it’s structured, evidence-based, and highly effective for a range of issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work collaboratively with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, build healthier coping skills, and set realistic, measurable goals. CBT empowers clients with practical tools they can apply in everyday life to create lasting change.
