My role is to help you to tap into your potential and encourage personal growth while providing the space that you need to rethink patterns of thought and behavior that no longer provide you with the outcome that you desire. Personal transformation can happen. During your therapy session, we will utilize therapeutic techniques that define your concerns and create realistic goals. I believe that the relationship between counselor and client is very important and I feel that real change begins in an environment where you feel comfortable and validated. Wherever you are in your life or healing process, I will meet you there and provide the support that you need. You can live your best life when you fully accept yourself.
