Hardai Seemongal
My name is Hardai Seemongal, I am a double board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. With 25 years of combined experience in bedside inpatient, hospice, drug treatment, and community care, I was exposed to many of life challenges. During this time, my patients were the ones who taught me how to best care for them.
With deep experience in inpatient, hospice, addiction, and community settings, I’ve collaborated with patients through many of life’s turning points—and those experiences shaped how I support healing.
I’ve worked with all ages and individuals affected by Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Insomnia Disorder and Bipolar disorder.
First session
In our first meeting, we’ll get to know each other—your story, your concerns, and what you hope to achieve with therapy. Nothing is rushed; my goal is for you to feel heard and empowered from the very start. Whether in person or online, I’ll explain my holistic, individualized approach and answer any questions about process, treatment options, or helping you get back to functioning fully.
