During a first-time therapy session with me as a therapist, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they can feel safe and comfortable sharing their thoughts and feeling. Upon our first therapy session, I will take the time to get to know the client, discuss their reasons for seeking therapy, and gather information about their background, experiences, and goals for therapy.
