What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Sessions are held on Tuesday and Wednesday for the time being. You will learn more about your emotions, thought process, and interpersonal relationship, and how to incorporate new skills such as mindfulness, problem-focused strategies, etc. You can also expect full attention from me in every session.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy
