First session
Our first session will include introduction and rapport building. I believe the client-therapist relationship is the most important component of the therapy process. Being able to be open and honest in sharing is key to promoting positive, sustainable changes.
Strengths
I participate in several professional courses throughout the year, to include- self-care for professionals and their clients, understanding and preventing compassion fatigue, helping clients to make and maintain progress. I believe that this therapeutic journey is a partnership between the therapist and client and I'm excited about taking the journey to new beginnings with you!
Ideal clients
I am positioned to serve individuals and couples 18 years and older with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, communication issues, conflict resolution, etc. and help clients meet both clinical and personal goals.
