Hello. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) based in New York with ten years experience working with adults, 18 and above, who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship problems, job stress, anger, and other issues. At times, we all have overwhelming feelings of stress, worry, or grief. When you are ready to leave those feelings behind, I'll be here to help.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you might want to get from it. Some people aren't sure at that point, and that's fine. We'll discover the answer together. We'll discuss your personal and family history, where you are currently in your life, and what you might like the future to look like. That information will allow us to choose, together, the path our work will take. It will be my privilege to accompany you on this journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I strive to create a comfortable environment where my client feels safe and supported, and is also challenged when the situation requires it. I start "where the client is" and move forward from there.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My ideal client is one who is ready to consider making changes and is willing to learn the tools to make those changes.
