Anastacia Webb
I’m Anastacia Webb, LMFT, and I believe healing begins with self-awareness and compassion. My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, rooted in mindfulness, somatic practices, and emotional connection. I create a space where you can feel seen, supported, and safe to explore your story at your own pace. With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions. My style is collaborative, warm, and grounding — focused on helping you build tools for healing and self-trust while honoring your lived experiences and identity.
I am passionate about supporting marginalized communities, particularly Black women and LGBTQ+ individuals, and I integrate social justice and cultural awareness into my work.
In our sessions, we might slow down to tune into what your body is telling you, explore patterns that keep you stuck, and practice new ways of thinking and relating that invite peace and clarity. Whether you’re working through trauma, seeking balance, or learning to embrace self-acceptance, my goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and cultivate the life you want to live. I am passionate about supporting marginalized communities, particularly Black women and LGBTQ+ individuals, and I integrate social justice and cultural awareness into my work. Healing, to me, is both personal and collective — and therapy can be a powerful act of reclaiming your voice and your peace.
First session
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and trust. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll explore your story at a comfortable pace — there’s no pressure to share everything right away. I’ll also share more about my therapeutic approach and answer any questions you have about the process, so you know what to expect moving forward. Together, we’ll start identifying your goals and the tools that might best support you — whether that includes mindfulness, somatic awareness, or cognitive techniques. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, grounded, and hopeful about the path ahead. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and our first meeting is the first step in creating a space where healing and growth can unfold naturally.
Strengths
My greatest strengths lie in creating a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I blend mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion practices to help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate emotions, and build a deeper sense of inner peace. I have a calm, intuitive presence and a gift for helping people slow down, notice what’s happening beneath the surface, and approach themselves with curiosity instead of judgment. My integrative style allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs — combining talk therapy, body-based awareness, and practical tools that support long-term healing. Clients often tell me they feel more centered, confident, and self-accepting after our work together. Whether we’re processing trauma, navigating anxiety, or untangling patterns that no longer serve you, my approach helps you find clarity, compassion, and sustainable change from the inside out.
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are those who are ready to reconnect with themselves and move toward healing with intention. I work best with adults who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or past trauma, and who want to understand their emotions and patterns more deeply. Many of my clients are caregivers, professionals, or creatives who carry the weight of responsibility and are learning to slow down, set boundaries, and nurture their own well-being. I especially enjoy working with Black women and LGBTQ+ individuals who are seeking a safe, affirming space to unpack the impact of identity, culture, and life experiences on their mental health. My clients often come to therapy wanting to heal from burnout, people-pleasing, or self-doubt — and leave with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Whether you’re processing trauma, navigating major life transitions, or learning to trust yourself again, I support you in making sense of your experiences, reconnecting with your body, and creating balance between your emotional, mental, and physical self. If you’re ready to grow at your own pace, I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey.
