Prioritize Your Well-Being — You Deserve It Taking the first step toward healing takes courage, and I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re

struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship or family issues, aging concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to support you. With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in working with adults seeking a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic style is calm, supportive, and down-to-earth—designed to meet you where you are and help you find clarity, strength, and peace. I work with clients age 21 and up, and I’m currently accepting Telehealth clients across Florida. Let’s work together to lighten the emotional load and find meaningful ways forward.
First session
Your first session is all about getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and how we can work together to support your goals. We’ll go at your pace. There’s no pressure to “have it all figured out” or to dive into anything you’re not ready to explore. I’ll ask some questions to learn more about your background, current concerns, and what’s been working (or not working) in your life. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. This is your space. Most importantly, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental environment where you’re heard, respected, and supported. We’ll begin building a therapeutic connection rooted in trust, and we’ll talk about what you’d like our work together to look like moving forward.
Strengths
One of my greatest strengths is simply that I genuinely like people—and I think that comes through when we meet. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable with me quickly, which is something I’m proud of and don’t take for granted. Years ago, a professor told me I was “nonjudgmental,” and that it was something that stood out clearly about me. I’ve carried that compliment with me ever since—it’s a badge of honor in this work. In a world where so many people feel misunderstood or judged, I strive to offer a space that’s open, compassionate, and grounded in acceptance.
Ideal clients
I’m best suited to work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a safe place to sort things out. Many of my clients are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or strained family relationships. Others may not have a specific label for what they’re feeling—they just know something isn’t working and they’re ready for support. You don’t need to have all the answers to begin. If you're open to exploring your thoughts and emotions, willing to show up just as you are, and looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion and curiosity, we’ll be a great fit. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or simply someone to walk alongside you during a difficult season, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength, find perspective, and move forward with intention.
