Hi, I’m Chloe, a psychiatric nurse practitioner who supports adults navigating anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, chronic stress, and major life transitions. My style is warm, open, and down to earth, and I try to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I focus on medication management, but our time together is always more than adjusting doses.

I’m collaborative and thoughtful in my approach, and I bring a sense of ease - with a bit of gentle humor when it fits - so people can feel comfortable, understood, and able to breathe a little easier. I focus on medication management, but our time together is always more than adjusting doses. I always make space to check in on how you're really doing and whatever you're carrying emotionally. We'll talk through what's going on in your life and how your symptoms are affecting your days and make informed decisions as a team so sessions feel safe, supportive, and truly tailored to you. I strive to make my practice a safe, respectful place for individuals of all gender identities to feel understood and cared for.

First session

Your first session will be a psychiatric evaluation that lasts about an hour. We’ll spend that time getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your life experiences, your history, and what’s bringing you in—not to judge, but to understand. Together, we’ll identify goals and shape a path forward that feels manageable, empowering, and aligned with who you are.

Strengths

My greatest strengths are my ability to connect with people and help them feel comfortable and understood. I’m intentional about listening closely, communicating clearly, and creating a warm and open space for clients. While I’m in my second year as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I have years of clinical training and hands‑on experience in behavioral health, and I’m thoughtful and thorough in my assessments and medication management. I also understand what it’s like to be on the other side of care, and that lived experience helps me show up with empathy, clarity, and genuine respect for each person’s story.

Ideal clients

I’m best positioned to serve adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, chronic stress, and life transitions. My ideal clients value collaboration, appreciate clear communication, and want a provider who is both clinically grounded and emotionally attuned. I work especially well with individuals who are motivated for change and want steady, thoughtful support — including medication management when it’s appropriate — as they figure out what truly helps them feel better.

Treatment methods

Supportive

I provide evidence‑based medication management with a supportive, collaborative approach. We’ll look at your symptoms together, talk through what’s going on in your life, and make thoughtful decisions as a team. I make space for whatever you’re carrying emotionally so our sessions feel steady, supportive, and tailored to you.
