Jessica Saucedo
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and California who provides person-centered therapy through telehealth. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty feeling connected to themselves. I bring warmth, authenticity, empathy, and unconditional positive regard into the therapeutic relationship. I believe people already carry many of the strengths they need, and my role is to provide a safe, collaborative space where they can better understand themselves, build confidence, and create meaningful change.
First session
During the first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported while we begin identifying your needs, strengths, and goals. We’ll also discuss what therapy may look like moving forward and make sure the process feels collaborative and tailored to you.
Strengths
I bring warmth, empathy, authenticity, and a nonjudgmental presence to every session. My person-centered approach allows clients to feel genuinely heard and accepted while we work collaboratively toward meaningful change. I balance compassion with practical tools, helping clients better understand their emotions, recognize their strengths, build confidence, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I meet each person where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, or difficulty feeling connected to themselves. They may feel stuck or unsure where to begin, but they are open to gaining insight, exploring patterns, and making meaningful changes. I work best with clients who want a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they can feel understood, develop practical coping tools, strengthen their sense of self, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Treatment methods
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use a person-centered approach to create a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself. Rather than assuming I know what is best for you, I honor you as the expert on your own experiences. Through empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, we work collaboratively to explore your emotions, recognize your strengths, and identify changes that feel meaningful and true to who you are.
