Ms. Batten was very warm and inviting. I didn’t feel pressured to open up about anything, I was comfortable enough with her. Her down to earth yet authentic way of communicating made me feel at ease. Ms. Batten changed my expectations of meeting with a therapist. It was like sitting down with a good friend.
