(he/him)
I moved to sunny Florida around a decade ago with my wife and 2 children to be near the beach. I love sipping my iced white chocolate mocha while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic. I have worked in mental health for over a decade and have been an active patient myself since I was a child. I know what it’s like to lie on the couch if you know what I mean. I have also been on a lot of psych meds over the years myself, so I know what that’s like, too. All nurse practitioners essentially have the same education and training, but in my practice over the years, I have found that I am particularly skilled at treating ADHD and Bipolar and I love working with the LGBTQ+ community. I have a unique way of communication that really reaches people and makes them feel empowered. I would love to partner with you to live your authentic life.
I have a very unique way of making people feel very comfortable. I frequently have clients start the appointment incredibly anxious, and they quickly become very relaxed and it feels like talking to a close friend.
Don't worry if you feel you have a hard time being understood. Just sit back and relax, and I'll do the work.
I want to help you be an active participant and take charge of your life. I feel that life is best lived in community. Mental health issues can interfere with this and cause you to isolate and isolation becomes an endless cycle of misery. Let me become a member of your community and help you thrive.
Supportive
I use supportive therapy to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and validated. I focus on building trust, offering encouragement, and reinforcing strengths. By helping clients develop coping skills and resilience, I guide them in managing challenges while promoting hope, stability, and emotional well-being.

I appreciate their understanding of my situation and keeping an open mind while still being supportive and making me aware of possibilities in my care
