I am a bilingual dual-board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience in the healthcare field. My clinical training and background have prepared me to work with children (all ages), adolescents, and adults. I treat individuals with conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, women's issues, PTSD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder and parenting challenges. I am fluent in English and Spanish.

Together, we will design a comprehensive treatment plan that will improve your quality of life. My goal is to help my clients become the best version of themselves using an integrative approach that may include medications and many other interventions necessary to achieve balance.
First session
- We will meet for an initial comprehensive evaluation to assess your current symptoms, your physical state and medical issues, and to better understand how your emotional, social, spiritual and environmental factors play a role. We will also identify those areas that need work and establish goals for treatment. - Then, we will have periodic visits (we will agree on the frequency) to discuss your medications' side effects, efficacy and need for changes; as well as the areas we identified to evaluate your progress.
