A little bit about me: I curtail my treatment approach to the client's needs. We do not all fit a mold. I am goal-oriented and want you to feel you have all the tools you need to effectively handle the curveballs life throws us. I completed my doctorate degree in Clinical psychology and have been licensed for over 10 years. My training is across the lifespan. I completed extended post-doctoral training in neuropsychology and forensics in a myriad of settings both inpatient and outpatient.
What I hope is taken away from sessions: My goal is to have clients walk away empowered and insightful with the end goal of having some "ah ha" moments where the dots connect and fall into place.
A little bit about how I approach therapy: I use a warm, open-minded approach that attempts to optimize motivation and energy to meet the client's goals.
I think one of my biggest strengths is that I meet clients where they are at.
