What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and then dive into your specific challenges. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Your first session will probably involve your NP asking you many questions about yourself, how you cope, and your symptoms (it’s an interview). You may also chat about goals for therapy, expectations, and more.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

At Positive Mind Healthcare, having worked with professionals for the past years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. We respect and treat all our clients with dignity.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with clients struggling with anxiety and Depression, Behavioral issues, Anger management, Bipolar Disorders, and ADHD.
