As you turn the pages of your story on the journey of healing, building, or restoring, let’s write your next chapter together of new beginnings with optimism for your future. With every “mindful solution”, there is a mustard seed of hope. My passion is providing individuals with the tools and skills to obtain a balanced life. I work with clients to help them address concerns related to anxiety, depression, anger management, relational issues, trauma, racial trauma, gender exploration, burnout, parenting, internet/social media & gaming dependency, and stress management. My treatment approaches are person-centered so each client can meet their goals. I utilize different modalities depending on my client’s presenting problem, but I enjoy using CBT, strength-based, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. If you’re interested in any of the services offered, please send an appointment request. I can’t wait to speak with you!

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Utilizing experiential learning coupled with active listening caters to real world challenges that authenticate clients day day to road blocks.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to support individuals navigating general life stress, depressive symptoms, anxiety, identity development, interpersonal conflict, and emotional overwhelm. I work well with clients who may feel emotionally burdened, disconnected, uncertain about their direction in life, or challenged by transitions related to adulthood and personal development. My therapeutic approach is particularly beneficial for adults exploring self-identity, emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, family expectations, and the pressures that can emerge while navigating different stages of life. I also support individuals processing grief, trauma, low self-esteem, or patterns that may be negatively impacting their emotional wellbeing and relationships. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly process their experiences, gain emotional clarity, and develop healthier coping strategies. Together, we work toward increased self-awareness, improved communication, emotional resilience, and meaningful personal growth.
