Hi! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and more than 10 years of experience in the medical field. I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, insomnia, trauma-related concerns, and other mental health challenges. I also provide comprehensive psychiatric medication management tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

I'm a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Florida.

I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel daunting, and I want you to know that taking that first step is a courageous part of the healing process. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, concerns, and experiences. I believe in meeting each client where they are, listening with compassion, and working collaboratively to develop a treatment approach that supports their well-being and helps them move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

First session

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Strengths

I specialize in providing holistic and individualized care for various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, insomnia, mood disorders, anger management, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and more.

Ideal clients

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, my commitment is to provide compassionate and comprehensive care tailored to your unique needs. I understand that seeking help for mental health can be a vulnerable journey, and I want to assure you that you are not alone. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, as I believe that building a trusting relationship is fundamental to the healing process

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use cognitive behavioral therapy as a structured approach to help clients, identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to their emotional distress. Together, we set specific goals and work through exercises that foster awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I guide clients in developing practical coping strategies and skills that they can apply in real -life situations, enabling them to create positive changes in their lives. Throughout the process, I ensure supportive environment where clients will feel safe to explore their thoughts and experiences.

Talking with her allowed for a positive conversation where she listened intently and offered solutions when needed. I appreciate her caring attitude as well as her endearing manner. She made it easy to talk to and allowed me to be as open as I wanted to be.
