New to Grow
B.A. Marquette University MSW University of Milwaukee-Wisconsin Licensed Clinical Social Worker in WI and VA As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to help individuals understand more about their mental health and how to utilize evidence based skills to improve their quality of life. I am dedicated to fostering a safe environment where individuals can discuss emotions, overcome challenges and create long term success through developing and maintaining healthy habits.
In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming space where they are encouraged to share at their own pace. My goal is to help them feel comfortable and truly supported as we begin getting to know each other. Together, we’ll start exploring what brings them in and identify the patient specific goals that feel most meaningful.
My greatest strengths would be my ability to create a warm, affirming space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach that balances empathy with thoughtful challenges to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals from marginalized communities, while warmly welcoming clients from all backgrounds. I work best with clients who value open and honest communication, demonstrate a willingness to engage consistently, and are prepared to challenge themselves in the therapeutic process. My experience spans a variety of settings, including virtual care, outpatient clinics, and secure institutional environments. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, families, and groups, which allows me to tailor my approach to meet clients where they are and support them in a way that feels comfortable, collaborative, and meaningful.
