New to Grow
I am a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and improve their emotional well-being. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences while developing effective coping strategies and personal growth. My experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques, tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, empathy, and respect. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult time or pursuing personal growth, I am committed to helping you achieve greater balance, self-understanding, and emotional wellness
Your first therapy appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. During this session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and your goals for treatment. I may ask questions about your personal history, relationships, health, and previous experiences with counseling to better understand your unique situation. You can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you are free to share at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There is no expectation to tell your entire story during the first session. My goal is to listen, understand your needs, and work collaboratively with you to develop a plan that supports your growth and well-being. During our first meeting, we will also review confidentiality, discuss the therapy process, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Together, we will identify areas of focus and begin establishing goals that are meaningful to you.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I adapt to what each client needs in the moment—whether that's a space to talk openly and be heard, thoughtful feedback and gentle challenge, or simply the opportunity to sit with difficult emotions without feeling rushed. I am comfortable with silence and understand that some of the most meaningful work in therapy can happen during moments of reflection. Through my own life experiences and personal challenges, I have gained a deep appreciation for the resilience people carry and the unique ways they cope, heal, and grow. These experiences have reinforced my belief that everyone needs something different at different points in their journey. My role is to meet you where you are, provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space, and work collaboratively with you to find the approach that best supports your goals and well-being.
I enjoy working with adults ages 18–65 who are seeking support as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. Clients that may be experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, relationship concerns, or difficulties related to major life changes. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, uncertain about their next steps, or simply ready to better understand themselves and create positive change. I work well with individuals who are motivated to engage in the therapeutic process and are open to exploring their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Whether a client has specific goals they want to achieve or is looking for support in gaining clarity and direction, I provide a collaborative and supportive space to foster growth, resilience, and self-discovery. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person's unique needs and circumstances. Together, we can identify obstacles, build on strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your values and goals.

I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into my work by helping clients identify the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we explore patterns of thinking that may be contributing to distress, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, or other challenges. I help clients examine these thoughts with curiosity and compassion, identify unhelpful or distorted thinking patterns, and develop more balanced and effective ways of viewing themselves and their experiences.
