(she/her)
I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in brain health, focus, and cognitive performance across the lifespan. I work with adults navigating ADHD, brain fog, and changes in memory or focus as they age—along with those who want to take a proactive approach to preserving and optimizing their cognitive health long-term. My approach is integrative and root-cause focused. I look beyond symptoms to understand how lifestyle, biology, and brain function all interact, so we can create a plan that supports both how you feel and how you function day to day. While I have experience in general mental health, my practice is best suited for individuals who are stable and looking to improve focus, clarity, and overall brain performance rather than manage severe or acute psychiatric conditions.
Our first session is a chance for me to really get to know you and what you’ve been experiencing. We’ll talk through your concerns—whether that’s ADHD, brain fog, or changes in memory and focus—and explore what might be contributing to those challenges. You don’t need to have everything figured out ahead of time. I’ll guide the conversation and help make sense of things along the way. Together, we’ll start building a plan that feels realistic and tailored to your goals.
My greatest strengths are helping clients connect the dots and truly understand how their brain works. I specialize in ADHD and cognitive optimization, and I excel at helping high-functioning adults improve focus, reduce brain fog, and feel more mentally clear and in control. I bring a prevention-focused mindset to care, supporting clients in maintaining and improving brain function over time—not just reacting to symptoms after they worsen.
I am best positioned to work with adults who want to better understand and optimize how their brain functions. My clients are often navigating ADHD, brain fog, or changes in memory and focus, and are looking for a more personalized, root-cause approach to care. I work best with individuals who are motivated, engaged, and open to exploring both medical and lifestyle factors that impact cognitive health and overall performance.
Other specialties
I identify as
Integrative
My approach is integrative, meaning I combine traditional psychiatric care with a deeper focus on brain health and root causes. I consider factors like sleep, stress, lifestyle, and overall cognitive function when developing your treatment plan—not just symptoms alone. This approach is best suited for individuals who are looking for a more comprehensive, proactive, and long-term strategy for improving focus, memory, and mental performance.
Mind-body approach
My mind-body approach focuses on how the body directly impacts brain function. Attention, memory, and mental clarity are not just psychological—they are influenced by sleep quality, stress response, metabolic health, and daily habits. I help clients understand these connections so we can improve how the brain functions from multiple angles. This allows for more meaningful, lasting improvements—not just temporary symptom relief.
Psychoeducation
Psychoeducation is a core part of my approach. I believe that understanding how your brain works is key to making meaningful, lasting changes. I take the time to explain what’s happening with your attention, memory, and overall cognitive function in a way that is clear and practical. When you understand the “why” behind your symptoms, you’re better equipped to make decisions, apply strategies, and take an active role in improving your brain health.
