Working together you can learn to re-evaluate your thinking process in a more realistically and adaptive manner to improve your emotional state. CBT tools can be applied to challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship adjustments, family dynamics, school and work stress, self-esteem, emotional regulations, traumatic events, loss and grief, retirement and aging loneliness, and several other challenges.
As a master-level NLP- and EMDR-trained therapist, I utilize my skills with this type of treatment method recommended for clients who have endured traumatic events in their lives, trauma restricting them from accomplishing their goals.
