One of the most significant Systemic models is Structural Family Therapy, which allows me to focus on understanding how family dynamics influence an individual's internal world. SFT identifies patterns of behavior and roles, helping individuals recognize how these dynamics impact their thoughts and actions. By reshaping these internal structures, clients gain insight into their relationships and develop healthier coping strategies, leading to improved emotional well-being and interpersonal dynamics.
